• You are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is specifically prohibited by law applicable to you personally. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of 9kboss is lawful in your specific circumstances.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been banned or suspended from 9kboss under these Terms or any prior version thereof.

9kboss reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage of your registration or ongoing use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

To use the full 9kboss platform — including placing bets, making deposits, and withdrawing winnings — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, mobile phone number, and a secure password. The name you provide must match the name on the payment accounts you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals at 9kboss.

One account per person: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one 9kboss account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different details — is a breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any bonus funds. Genuine duplicate accounts created in error should be reported to 9kboss support immediately for resolution.

Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9kboss login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person or allow third-party access to your account. 9kboss will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity that takes place on your account is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to 9kboss promptly. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication, which is available in your account settings.

Accurate information: All information provided to 9kboss must be truthful and kept up to date. If your contact details change — particularly your mobile number — you must update them in your account settings promptly. 9kboss is not responsible for failed communications or missed withdrawal notifications resulting from outdated account information.

Account closure: You may request closure of your 9kboss account at any time by contacting support@9kboss.ws. Any pending bets will be settled normally and remaining balance returned to your registered payment method. Account closure requests made under our Responsible Gaming self-exclusion programme carry additional conditions — see Section 9 for details.

All financial transactions on the 9kboss platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 9kboss supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Deposit rules:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
• The minimum deposit via mobile wallet is Rs 200. The minimum via IBFT and card is Rs 500.
• 9kboss does not charge any deposit fees from the platform's side. Your payment provider may levy their own charges.
• Deposits credited to your 9kboss wallet are immediately available for betting and gaming. Deposit reversals are not available once funds have been used for any bet or game.

Withdrawal rules:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. This is an anti-fraud measure designed to protect your account.
• The minimum withdrawal via mobile wallet is Rs 500. The minimum via bank transfer or card is Rs 1,000.
• Withdrawals are processed within five minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash under normal conditions. IBFT withdrawals settle same-day during banking hours. Card withdrawals take one to three business days.
• Your first withdrawal to a new payment method may require identity verification. 9kboss reserves the right to request CNIC confirmation or other documentation before processing large or unusual withdrawals.
• 9kboss does not charge withdrawal fees from the platform's side. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until associated wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Winnings resulting from bets placed with bonus funds may be subject to maximum withdrawal caps specified in the relevant bonus terms. These caps are displayed in the promotions section before you opt in.

9kboss offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are displayed at the point of offer. The general bonus rules below apply to all 9kboss promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise.

Wagering requirements: Bonus funds credited to your 9kboss account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly in the promotion details. For example, a 5x wagering requirement on a Rs 2,000 bonus means you must place bets totalling Rs 10,000 before the bonus or bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.

Game contribution: Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting bets typically contribute 100% of the stake toward wagering. Some casino game types may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution rates for each game type are listed in the relevant offer terms.

General bonus conditions:

• Only one welcome bonus per player. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus on multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
• 9kboss reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already opted in to a current offer will have their offer honoured on the existing terms.
• 9kboss may reverse bonus credits and associated winnings if there is evidence that a bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, technical exploitation, or multi-account abuse.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with active bonus funds. Placing bets that exceed the maximum stated in the offer terms may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses expire after a specified period — typically 30 days from credit. Unmet wagering on expired bonuses results in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.

All sports bets placed on 9kboss are subject to the following general rules. Specific rules for individual sports, competitions, and market types are published in the 9kboss sportsbook help section and are updated periodically to reflect rule changes or new competition formats.

Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until 9kboss has issued a bet confirmation reference. Network errors or browser issues that prevent a confirmation from being displayed mean the bet may not have been placed. Check your bet history before placing a duplicate bet. 9kboss is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues outside our control.

Odds: Odds displayed on 9kboss at the time you click are subject to change before the bet is confirmed. 9kboss uses "best odds" acceptance — if odds change between selection and confirmation, you will receive the best odds available at the moment of confirmation unless you have specifically opted for "accept all odds changes" in your account settings.

Void bets: Bets may be voided in the following circumstances: match postponement (for fixtures not rescheduled within 48 hours), match abandonment before the minimum settleable duration, events outside the normal scope of competition, or proven technical error affecting odds. Voided bets are settled at odds of 1.00 and stakes are returned to your 9kboss wallet.

Obvious errors: 9kboss reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly the result of a technical error or data feed fault — for example, a match showing 100.0 odds for a highly favoured team. Where 9kboss voids bets on this basis, stakes are returned in full. We will not void bets post-event simply because the result was unexpected.

Maximum winnings: 9kboss applies maximum single-bet payout limits by sport and competition. These limits are displayed on the betting interface. Winnings in excess of the applicable limit will be capped at the stated maximum regardless of the odds and stake combination.

Postponed and abandoned events: If a match is postponed before kickoff, all pre-match bets are voided. If a match is abandoned after starting, settlement depends on the specific market — full details are in the sport-specific rules section. In-play bets on events that have already been determined (for example, first goalscorer after the goal has been scored) are settled normally regardless of subsequent abandonment.

All casino games available on the 9kboss platform — including live dealer games, slots, and virtual games — are operated on certified systems. The following general rules apply across all game types.

RNG games: Slot machines and other RNG (Random Number Generator) games on 9kboss use independently certified random number generation systems. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are displayed in the game information panel. RTP figures represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee results for any individual session.

Live dealer games: Live casino tables at 9kboss — including Baccarat, Teen Patti, Roulette, and Dragon Tiger — are operated by professional dealers in professional studio environments. Live game results are final once announced by the dealer and confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical interruption to a live game mid-round, the round will be voided and stakes returned unless the result had already been determined at the point of interruption.

Disconnection policy: If you are disconnected from the 9kboss platform mid-game, any bet already placed and accepted will stand. 9kboss is not responsible for loss of connectivity due to your internet service provider, device failure, or power outage on your side. If you believe a disconnection has caused an error in your game record, contact support with the relevant game session ID and timestamp.

Minimum and maximum bets: Each game on 9kboss has specified minimum and maximum bet limits that are displayed in the game interface before play begins. These limits may vary between standard and premium versions of the same game. Players attempting to circumvent bet limits through split bets or other methods are in breach of these Terms.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 9kboss platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of any balance including genuine deposits, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and false information: Providing false identity, age, contact details, or payment information at registration or at any subsequent point.
• Money laundering: Using the 9kboss platform to disguise the origin of funds or to process payments on behalf of third parties. All accounts are monitored for suspicious deposit and withdrawal patterns consistent with money laundering, and flagged accounts are reported to relevant authorities.

• Chargebacks: Initiating payment reversals or chargebacks with your bank or payment provider for deposits you have already used on the 9kboss platform. Such actions constitute fraud and will result in permanent account closure and debt recovery proceedings.

9kboss is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all of its players. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy or a means of escaping other problems. The following tools and policies are available to all 9kboss players.

• Loss of access to an account due to forgotten credentials where the player has not set up recovery options.
• Third-party payment processor delays beyond 9kboss's control.

9kboss's total liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the platform is limited to the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim, excluding any amounts already withdrawn.

9kboss reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
